You can find us at Orchid Impex Pvt. Ltd. over near the petrol pump on University Road. We’re also quite close to the Bhatar Cross Roads, which is a major landmark in this part of town. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our daily operations. Being near the university means there’s always a lot of students and young people around, which gives the area a bit of life. We focus on the import and export side of things. It’s mostly a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping status. We aren't the type of company that puts out glossy brochures. We prefer to just talk to people directly. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples arriving, but we make do. We’ve got a small team that handles everything from the initial order to the final delivery. It’s a lot of coordination with different agencies. Some days are stressful when a container is stuck somewhere, but we just work through it. We like being near the Bhatar Cross Roads because it’s easy for the delivery bikes to reach us. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just stay on top of the files and make sure the emails get answered. It’s a local business, run by people who live nearby and care about getting things right for the customers.
