We are located in Karvenagar, specifically in Lane No. 11 of Shahu Colony. Our office is actually part of the building where Raju S Malavade stays, near the Thorat building. It is a very residential kind of neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical IT hub with glass towers. We have our setup on one of the floors with a bunch of computers and some cabling running along the walls. Pune is a city that is always moving, but our little corner in Karvenagar stays relatively quiet. Most of us here at Ssm Infotech are just regular people who live nearby. We spend our days working on various software tasks or handling technical support. The office has a very relaxed vibe. There is no dress code or fancy reception area. We just come in, sit at our desks, and get to work. Sometimes we go out to the local tea stall near the Thorat building to take a break and talk about things other than work. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of hardware and old monitors lying around in the corners. We don't really do any big advertising or have a sales team. Most people find us through local connections in the Pune tech circle. It is a honest way to make a living and we like the fact that we are part of a real neighborhood instead of a sterile office park.
