Soft Zone Mobile Lab

If you head down Varachha Road and find 16th A Cross in the Ideal Homes Township, near Mysore Road 421, that’s where our lab is. We call it Soft Zone Mobile Lab because we do a lot of the more delicate work that requires a steady hand. The township is a bit quieter than the main Mysore Road, which is nice for concentrating. We have these big magnifying lamps that we spend most of our day under. It’s a lot of tiny chips and wires that you can barely see with the naked eye. We don’t really focus on selling new phones; we’re more about keeping the old ones going. People come in with phones that have been dropped in water or just won't turn on for no reason. It’s a bit of a mess inside, with tools and screws everywhere. We have a small waiting area, but most people just leave their devices and come back later. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more worried about the equipment we use for the repairs. It’s a quiet kind of work, very different from the noise of the traffic nearby. We just like figuring out the puzzles that come with broken electronics. No big talk, just some guys in a lab trying to make things work again. It’s been our routine for a long time now, serving the township and beyond.
