Site Engineer

You can find Site Engineer over at 153, Rachana Society, right by the Kapodra Char Rasta on Varachha Road in Surat. This is a very busy part of town, and we are right in the thick of it. The traffic on Varachha Road is something else, but it means we are close to where a lot of the work is happening. Our office is in the Rachana Society, which is a familiar landmark for most people around here. We are just a group of people who enjoy the practical side of building things. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned rooms all day. Usually, we are out on-site, dealing with the dust and the noise. Surat is a city that never stops growing, and we have our hands full with different projects. We don't go in for big promises or polished presentations. We just show up, do the measurements, and talk to the workers to make sure things are moving along. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of arguing to get things right. We have been doing this for a while and we know the local way of working. It is not always easy, but it is satisfying to see a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished building. We just keep it simple and focus on the job. No big corporate talk, just actual work being done every single day.
