Shree Shankheshwer Surat Foundation

Shree Shankheshwer Surat Foundation is run out of Dharamnath Apartment in Amroli. We are in room 201, sharing space with Haresh Samjibhai Avaiya at the 13-15 Devi Ashish building. It’s a typical apartment setup, nothing too formal. We usually have the windows open to let the air in while we work. Amroli is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street below. We’ve been here for some time now. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any fancy signs outside. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they live in the Devi Ashish area. We focus on what’s happening right here in our own backyard. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying boxes, but we get used to it. We deal with various tasks throughout the week. There is no set schedule that stays the same. One day we might be filing papers, and the next we are talking to locals about their needs. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We are just a local foundation trying to stay useful. The community here is quite close-knit, which makes the work feel more personal. We appreciate being able to operate from a place that feels like home. It’s just us doing our bit in Surat every day. No big fancy plans, just the work in room 201 with our small team for the neighbors.
