Shree Goraji Kirana Store

Shree Goraji Kirana Store is located in the lower ground of Sankalp Shopping Centre. We are right there at Bhatar Road Char Rasta in Surat. Being downstairs means it stays a bit cooler inside, which is nice during the summer months. We handle a lot of the basic stuff people need for their kitchens every day. There are bags of flour, different kinds of dals, and cooking oils stacked up. It’s a busy corner of the city, so there’s always people moving around outside. I spend most of my day behind the counter or moving boxes around to make space. It’s a bit tight in here sometimes because we try to keep a lot of stock. People from around the 395017 area stop by on their way home. Some have been coming here since we first opened the doors. I don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Word just gets around that we have what you need. If the bell rings, I’m there to help. We keep things simple. You come in, get your salt or your tea leaves, and you're on your way. Sometimes the delivery trucks take a while to get through the Surat traffic, but we manage. It’s just a regular kirana shop, trying to keep the shelves full and the floor swept. Nothing more, nothing less. We don't have big employees, just us working here. Sometimes we stay open a little late if there is work.
