Trend Setter

Our shop is at B-109 in the Shiv Krupa Market. It’s a bit of a maze back here, tucked behind the Millenium Market and right next to market number 451. If you aren't familiar with the layout, it might take a minute to find us. We’ve been in this stall for a good while. It’s a small space, packed with whatever we’re working on at the moment. The market is always loud, with people shouting and carts moving around. We don't have much room for a desk, so we mostly stand or sit on stools. There’s a lot of inventory to move, and we’re constantly shifting boxes to get to what we need. It’s not a fancy boutique by any means. It’s just a place where business happens every day. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We get a lot of foot traffic from the neighboring markets. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. Most of our time is spent checking stock or talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and carrying stuff. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on the breeze coming through the hallway. It gets stuffy in the summer, but we manage. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s the usual market life for us at Shiv Krupa.
