We are Shilsoft Software Developers, and our office is at Sar Villa 12 in Adajan Dn. It’s a decent area to work in. We’ve got a small group of people here who actually enjoy writing software. It’s a quiet building for the most part, which is good when you need to concentrate on a tricky piece of logic. We don’t have a lobby or a fancy entrance. You just find number 12 and that’s us. The desks are usually covered in notes and half-empty water bottles. We aren’t really into the whole polished business look. We care more about whether the software we build actually works for the person using it. We’ve been at Sar Villa for a while now. Some days the air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but we just ignore it. We talk a lot about code and how to fix bugs. It’s what we do. We aren't salespeople. If you talk to us, you're talking to the people who are actually doing the coding. Adajan is a good neighborhood for a business like ours. There’s a place nearby where we get snacks when we’re working on a deadline. It’s a simple life. We like building things and seeing them run. We just keep at it, day after day, trying to get things right. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort. That is how we have always done things here at our little office in the villa.
