Shakti Global Services is tucked away on the second floor of the Akshar Shopping Center. If you're coming from the Udhana railway station, it's just a short walk down Road No. 0. We’ve been in this unit, number 11, for a good bit of time now. The shopping center gets pretty loud with all the commuters and shoppers passing by, but once you get up to the second floor, it's a bit quieter. We handle a lot of different service requests every day. It’s mostly just us answering phones, filling out paperwork, and making sure things are moving along like they should. Some days are busier than others, especially when the trains are running on a tight schedule and more people are out. We aren't some fancy agency with a hundred employees. We’re just a local team working out of Udhana. The office isn't much to look at, but it serves us well. We’ve got our desks, our coffee mugs, and plenty of work to keep us busy from morning until evening. Most of our regulars know us by name because we've been here so long. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on flashy signs or expensive ads. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the Udhana chaos. It works for us and it seems to work for the people who need our help. We’re usually here until the station gets quiet.
