Satsangati Foundation

Our foundation is over in the Amroli Village area of Surat, specifically at Shop No. 416 on the fourth floor of Laksh Plaza. If you’re coming down Chhaprabhatha Road, you’ll find us easily enough. Being on the fourth floor means we have to rely on the lift quite a bit, which is fine as long as the power doesn't go out. The 394107 area has its own unique rhythm, a mix of old village vibes and newer developments. Our office is pretty basic, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet up to plan things out. We don't spend much on decorations; we’d rather just have functional furniture that doesn't break. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of fresh air during the day. It’s usually a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but it’s nice to see the street from above. We tend to start our days a bit later and stay into the evening when it’s cooler. Most of our work involves a lot of talking and organizing, so there’s always a hum of conversation in the background. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We’re just here to do the work we set out to do. Sometimes we lose track of time because we’re busy, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a decent place to work with good people around.
