We've been here at Shop 116 in Green Elina for a while now. Most people find us by looking for Sneh Sankul Wadi or the Sagar Complex on Anandmahal Road. Adajan is a busy area, but once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit quieter. We started this because we wanted to bring real Ayurveda to the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy spa or anything like that. We just do traditional treatments and Panchkarma. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a climb for older folks, but it’s manageable. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it clean and tidy. You’ll see me or the other staff running around most mornings getting the oils ready. We see people with all sorts of aches and pains. It’s rewarding to see someone walk out feeling a bit better than when they walked in. The traffic outside can get loud, especially near the square, but inside we try to keep things calm. We don’t spend much on advertising, mostly people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign while they're out shopping. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the herbs and the massage techniques. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the green building. We are usually here from early morning till late evening. It's just honest work for us. We really enjoy talking to the regulars who stop by for their tea and a chat before their sessions.
