Shri Swami Atmanand Saraswati Ayurvedic Co-op. Pharmacy Ltd.

We are located on Varachha Road, right across from the Kalakunj Society. Most people know this area because of the Shri Swami Atmanand Saraswati Vidya Sankul, which is very close to us. Being a co-operative pharmacy, our setup is a bit different from the private companies nearby. We focus on Ayurvedic products. The building is usually full of the smell of herbs and different raw materials we use. It’s a busy spot, especially with the school nearby, so there are always people and vehicles around. We have a lot of members who are part of the co-op, and we manage the production and distribution of traditional medicines. The staff here is a mix of older folks who have been here for decades and some younger people learning the trade. We don't have a flashy storefront or a big advertising budget. The work involves a lot of grinding, mixing, and packaging based on old recipes. Our paperwork is still mostly done by hand or on old computers that take their time. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we manage to get things out eventually. It's a local institution in a way, serving the community with Ayurvedic supplies. We just keep our heads down and continue the daily routine of preparing these products as we always have in this Varachha neighborhood. The process takes time, but that is how it has always been done here.
