You can find Sangam Infotech at 240 Bhagu Nagar, which is right near Matawadi on L.H. Road. It’s a very busy area with a lot of vehicles and people moving around all day. Our shop is fairly small and tucked into the street. We handle a mix of hardware repairs and software things for people who live and work around here. The front door is almost always open because of the heat, so we get a bit of noise from L.H. Road coming inside. We have a couple of desks where we open up towers and check motherboards. It’s not a corporate environment; there are usually wires hanging around and a few half-finished projects on the counter. We’ve been at this location for a while, so we know the local rhythms of the neighborhood. People stop by on their way home from work to pick up their devices. Sometimes we have to tell them the parts will take an extra day because the delivery guy got stuck in the traffic near Matawadi. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just fix the tech problems that come through the door. It’s a practical business. We deal with whatever walks in, whether it’s a broken screen or a virus that won’t go away. We just try to be straightforward with people about what can be fixed and what’s probably just junk now.
