Riki A Fashion Lounge

Our business is tucked away in the basement of Ornate Palace. We are near the 2nd Cross in the Kalasipalyam area, which is just off Ghod Dod Road. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but people seem to find us eventually. We call it a fashion lounge, but really it is just a comfortable place to look at clothes. We have some old sofas where customers can sit and take their time. Being downstairs means we don’t get a lot of natural light, but it stays nice and cool even when it is boiling hot outside. We have been here for about six years. My sister does most of the choosing when it comes to the clothes we stock. She has a good eye for what people in this part of town like to wear. I handle the money and the stocks. We don’t have a big polished showroom with bright lights and mirrors everywhere. It is more relaxed than that. Sometimes we have a bit of a mess with hangers and bags, but we clear it up when we can. Ghod Dod Road is always packed with cars and people, so our basement feels like a little escape from all that noise. We don't do any big advertisements. People just tell their friends about us if they like what they bought. It’s a simple way to run things and it works for our family.
