Reliance Engineering Associates(P) Ltd.

Our place is at 92, Ranchhodnagar, which is just behind the Puna Jakat Naka in the Parvat Patia area of Surat. Reliance Engineering Associates(P) Ltd. is the name on the front. We are in a busy part of Gujarat, so there is always a lot of movement outside. The office is a bit of a mix of a house and a workspace. We have some old desks that we’ve had for years and a lot of filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a receptionist, so when the door rings, whoever is closest just goes to see who it is. Most of the time it’s just deliveries or people we already know. We spend our days dealing with engineering bits and pieces. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a little, but it works fine. We have a small kitchen corner where we make tea several times a day. We aren't into big marketing or sounding like a huge company. We are just a local team doing our thing. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the windows open and carry on. It’s a straightforward way of working. We just want to get through our list of things to do and make sure the projects are moving along like they should.
