We are based in B 2 of the Sneh Sagar Apartment complex over in Saiyedpura, Surat. It’s a local neighborhood spot, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Being in an apartment building means we are right in the middle of where people live. Our agency deals with various medical supplies and medicines that we distribute around this part of Surat. It’s a fairly small operation, mostly just a few of us handling the stock and the billing. The space can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of boxes coming in, but we make it work. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It’s just a plain door with our name on it. Most of our day is spent talking to local chemists or making sure the delivery boys have the right addresses. Saiyedpura is a busy area, and the streets can be narrow, so getting things moved around takes a bit of patience. We just focus on being reliable. We know most of the people who live in Sneh Sagar, and they see us coming and going with crates all the time. It’s a simple, honest business. We don't use any big words to describe what we do; we just supply medicines to the people who need them and try to keep our records straight. It gets pretty warm in the summer but we have a few fans.
