Property Desk

Property Desk is located at 8 B on City Light Road, right inside the Gidc Industrial Estate at the Heera Panna Shopping Mall. It’s a busy spot with all the industrial work going on around us and the mall traffic too. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while. Our office is just a regular room with a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. We deal with all sorts of properties, especially since we’re in an industrial area but also near a shopping center. It makes for an interesting mix of clients. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to different units in the GIDC. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking details and making sure everything is in order for people buying or renting space. We don't have any big missions or slogans. We just show up every morning and see who needs help with their property stuff. The Heera Panna Shopping Mall is a good place to be because everyone knows it, so we don't have to give long directions. We like the pace of things here on City Light Road. It’s noisy and busy, but that’s just how it is. We handle the paperwork, do the site visits, and try to keep things moving along. If you’re looking for something in the industrial estate or nearby, we’re usually here throughout the day just getting on with our work and helping out where we can.
