Pinal Estate

We are located at 4 Adajan Dn on Chincholi Bunder Road, inside the Jash Laxmi Complex. Pinal Estate is basically just a small office where we handle local property matters. It is not a massive operation with dozens of agents. It is just a few of us who know the neighborhood pretty well. The area around Chincholi Bunder Road is always moving. You can hear the traffic and the people all day long from our window. Most of our work involves sitting down with folks and looking at papers or walking around to see different flats. It can be a bit tiring on the feet. We do not use any of those slick sales pitches you hear from the big city firms. We just tell people what we know about the buildings and the prices. Sometimes the paperwork for buying or selling a place gets a bit messy, so we just try to sort through it one page at a time. It is a regular job for us. We have seen this part of the city change quite a bit over the years. New shops open and old ones close, but we are still here in the same complex. If you are looking for us, the Jash Laxmi sign is the best thing to watch for. We do not have fancy lights or anything. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge about who is moving and what is for sale on these streets.
