Desai Expoert & Import

Desai Expoert & Import is based in 3 Santosh Apartment, which is in Omnagar, over in the Parvat Patia area. It’s a simple setup in a residential building, which keeps things low-key. We don't have a fancy storefront or a lobby. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the logistics of moving goods in and out. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses. We chose this spot because it was affordable and close to where we live. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the computer, so we don't need a lot of space. There’s usually a stack of boxes in the corner and a printer that hums all day. Parvat Patia is a busy part of the city, and being in Omnagar puts us right near the action without being stuck in the middle of a major highway. We’ve been running things this way for a few years now. It’s a small, family-style operation. We don't have big meetings or long presentations. We just check what needs to be shipped, make sure the customs papers are right, and get on with it. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a chat, which is nice. It’s a very grounded way to run an export and import business. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized.
