Shree Ganesh Vulcanizing Works

We’ve been here at Nova Complex for quite a while now. It's a busy spot right by the Nerman Vihar Metro Station in Pandesara. Mostly, we just handle tires. If someone has a flat or needs some vulcanizing done, they pull up to G-41 and we get to work. It’s a dusty job, and the shop is small, but it stays busy because of the location. There are always people coming and going from the station. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just us with the tools and the rubber. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets pretty bad, but we keep the fans going. Most of the regulars know us by name. We just focus on getting the patches right so people can get back on the road. It’s not a complicated business. We open early because that's when the traffic starts picking up near the metro. The area has changed a lot since the station came up, but we’re still here doing the same thing. You can usually find one of us sitting outside if there’s a break in the work. We just take it day by day. If you need a tire looked at, you just come by the complex. We usually have some old tires stacked out front so it’s easy to find. It’s just honest work. We don't do much marketing, people just see the sign when they get off the train. It's a simple way to make a living.
