Pamn Foundation

Pamn Foundation is located over at Naga Construction in Panchvati, specifically at D 95. We share the space with Jadhav Daulat Popat, so it can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. It’s a practical setup, mostly because we spend a lot of time on site rather than sitting behind desks. We deal with various foundation tasks, mostly helping out where there’s a gap in the community. The building is easy to spot once you get into the area. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine is pretty set. We start early, have some coffee, and look over the list of things that need fixing or people who need a hand. It’s not a shiny corporate environment. There are usually some tools or construction materials lying around because of the location. We don’t mind the dust or the noise. It feels more real that way. We aren't here to give fancy speeches or put out glossy brochures to look important. We just do the work. If someone comes by with a problem, we see if we can solve it. Sometimes we can, sometimes we have to find someone else who can. It’s a simple way of living and working for us. We prefer the direct approach over all the red tape you see elsewhere. It keeps things moving and keeps us honest about what we can do.
