Ocean Villas Owners And Users Service Association is located at Sur-606/2. We are situated behind the Sagar Farm House on the 100 Ft Road. This is opposite the Ambar Tower and also behind the Kadri Party Plot. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but once you find the party plot or the farm house, we are easy to locate. Our association takes care of the needs of the owners and users in the Ocean Villas area. We have a small office where we manage the maintenance and service requests. It’s a straightforward place with a couple of desks and a lot of logbooks. We don't have a big corporate staff. It’s just us making sure things run like they should for the people living here. The 100 Ft Road can be busy, but our spot behind the farm house is usually quiet. We spend our time talking to residents and fixing whatever issues come up. It’s very practical work. We don't use any fancy management software, just good old-fashioned lists and phone calls. Sometimes we’re out on the grounds more than we are in the office. It’s a hands-on job. We like being right here on the property where we can see what’s going on every day. We just do our best to keep things orderly for everyone involved. It’s a lot of work but someone has to do it. We are just local folks helping out.
