Nxthop Solutions Private Limited is over in Surat, specifically at B 204 in the Shantinath Apartment. We are located right opposite the Gail Tower, which makes it easy for people to find us. The office is on the second floor, so we usually just take the stairs instead of waiting for the lift. It’s a modest space. We have a few rooms and a main area where most of the work happens. It’s not a huge corporate floor; it feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workplace. We have some plants that we sometimes remember to water and a small fridge for our lunch boxes. The area around Gail Tower is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy outside. Inside, we try to keep things focused. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. If someone needs something, they just ask. We have our routine—show up, check the messages, and start on the projects. It can get a bit loud when we’re all talking at once, but that’s just how we operate. We’re just a small team in Surat trying to make things work. We don't have any grand slogans or polished speeches. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to get through every week. We appreciate having a steady place to come to every morning. The floor tiles are a bit old, but the place is comfortable enough for us.
