Nikson Home Loan

Our office is located at S-1 in the Megh Dhanush Complex over in the Adajan area. Nikson Home Loan is where I spend most of my hours, surrounded by files, folders, and a lot of calculators. Getting a loan for a house is a big deal for most families, so I spend a lot of time explaining the different forms they have to fill out. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. I have to check IDs, bank statements, and all sorts of documents to make sure everything is in order before we send it off. People come in looking a bit nervous sometimes because they want to buy their first home. I just sit them down and we go through the numbers together. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs in the Megh Dhanush building. The air conditioner runs all day because it gets quite warm in this part of Adajan. I don’t have a big team, so I handle most of the meetings myself. Sometimes the process takes longer than people hope, and I have to be the one to tell them to wait a few more days. It’s just how the system works. I’ve been in this complex for a while now, so the other shop owners know me well. We grab tea in the afternoons and talk about how the day is going. It’s just a regular office doing regular work for folks in the neighborhood.
