New Jay Bhavani Farsan Mart

We run the New Jay Bhavani Farsan Mart over in Adajan Dn at Tulshibagwale Colony 2. It is a local shop where we spend our days making different kinds of salty snacks. The work is mostly about frying and mixing spices. It is a small place so we have to be organized to fit all the containers. We don't have a lot of help so we do most of the chores ourselves from cleaning the floor to weighing the packets. The neighborhood of Tulshibagwale Colony 2 is where we spend all our time. We see the same people every day and they know us by name. It is not a glamorous job and our hands are usually a bit oily from the food. We just try to keep the jars full so there is something for everyone who stops by. The shop is tucked away a bit but people in Adajan know where to find us. We don't use any fancy machines just the old way of doing things. Sometimes it is tiring to stand all day but that is part of the business. We are just a regular farsan mart trying to keep things going. There is always more work to do like checking the stock or ordering more flour. We just take it one day at a time here at our spot in Adajan. We aren't looking to expand or anything we just want to keep the shop running like it always has.
