We’ve been based at Plot No-30/1 for a long time now. Being right on NH-8 in Palsana makes a lot of sense for us because it’s easy to get to and from. The Eco Textile Park is basically our neighbor, so there’s always something happening around here. It’s a noisy, active area with trucks going by all day, but that’s just life on the highway. N P I C S L is not some big corporate entity with fancy offices or glass walls. We have a practical space where we just focus on getting our daily tasks done. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road, and the tea guy is late, but we manage. We don't have any big speeches about our values or mission statements. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Most of us have been here for years, so we’re pretty used to the routine. The building is easy to spot if you’re looking for it, though the signs are a bit old now. It’s just a regular place with regular people working hard. We’ve seen Palsana grow a lot since we first moved in, and it’s become quite the hub. We just keep things simple and try to stay out of the way of all the highway traffic. It is not always perfect, but it works for what we need every day.
