N Mart Retail

If you walk down Honey Park Road in Adajan, you will find us at N Mart Retail. We are inside the Dazzle Arcade, which is a pretty well-known spot because Tapi Restaurant is right nearby. Working in a place like this in Surat means there is always someone walking past the window. We spend a lot of our time just tidying up the aisles because people tend to pick things up and put them back in the wrong place. That is just how retail goes. The AC in the arcade helps with the Surat humidity, but it still gets quite stuffy when the shop is full of people after the lunch rush at the restaurant. We keep a mix of things on the shelves—snacks, plastic buckets, soaps, and whatever else people in Adajan seem to be looking for that week. It is a bit of a juggle trying to keep the inventory straight, and sometimes the barcodes don't scan right, which can be a real headache when there is a line. We are just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. The arcade stays busy until late, so we usually don't get home until the street lights have been on for hours. It is hard work, but we like being in the middle of all the action on Honey Park Road.
