Modern Hardware & Machinery is our shop, located at Shop No. 2 in the Brahma Super Ma Dhram Super Market. We are right at Kim Char Rasta, very close to the NH-8 highway. Because we are near the highway, we get a lot of different people stopping by. The shop is filled with all sorts of tools and parts. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, as we have things stacked quite high. We don't have a fancy computer system for everything; sometimes we have to search through the drawers to find exactly what a customer wants. It’s a local business, and we run it that way. No big corporate rules or uniforms here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. The market area is always buzzing, especially with the trucks coming off NH-8. We spend most of our time helping people figure out which part they need for their machinery. Sometimes we get a bit greasy or dusty from handling the hardware, but we don't mind. It’s honest work. We don't use any slick marketing phrases. We just stay open, keep the shelves stocked, and try to be as helpful as we can to the folks around Kim Char Rasta. It’s a basic shop, but it serves the purpose. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay right here in Brahma Super Market.
