Mobile Express

Nagapet is a crowded place to have a business, but it means there are always people around. At Mobile Express, we have two units, 314 and 315, which gives us a bit more room than some of the other shops on Varachha Road. We sell a lot of accessories like tempered glass and covers. It seems like everyone is always dropping their phones these days. I spend my time mostly restocking the hangers and talking to the wholesalers. The shop is bright but not overly fancy. We have some stools for customers, but most people are in a hurry and just stand by the counter. It gets really hot in the summer months, so we have two big fans going all day. Sometimes we have a lot of people standing around waiting for their data to transfer to a new phone. It gets a bit loud with everyone talking at once. My cousin works with me, and we try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. We don't have any fancy plans or anything like that; we just want to sell phones and make enough to pay the rent and keep the lights on. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town. If you come by Nagapet, you can’t miss us because of the stacks of boxes in the window. We've been here for years and we've gotten used to the fast pace of this street.
