You can find us at Silver Point, specifically at U 9 on the Bharthana Bharat Road. We are right near Vidya Bharti School, so we hear the school bell and the kids shouting every afternoon. Maakrupa Infotech is really just a spot where we deal with computers and all the headaches that come with them. Our desks are covered in keyboards, mouse pads, and half-installed software. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s more of a workshop where things actually happen. We deal with a lot of software issues and people forgetting their passwords or getting viruses on their laptops. The walk up to the shop can be a bit dusty depending on the weather in Surat. We have a few chairs for people to wait on, but usually, folks just drop their stuff off and come back later. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining why a certain part is taking longer to arrive or why a system is running slow. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished sales pitch. We just look at the hardware, figure out what’s broken, and tell you if it can be fixed. Every day is different, and we just take the repairs as they come in. It’s a simple operation, run by people who just know their way around a computer.
