Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Hazira

We are located over at 98, Yogeshwar Society, which is right near the Dharamnagar Society on A.K. Road in Surat. This is where we handle the Hazira-related work for the company. It’s a residential area, so our office is basically part of the community here. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the industrial site at Hazira, which is a major part of what we do. We don't have a big fancy glass building; it’s just a regular house that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s quite practical because it keeps us close to the local life in Surat while still being able to manage the big industrial tasks. The traffic on A.K. Road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, but we’ve learned how to work around it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with files and people talking on the phone. We don't use much marketing jargon here. We just focus on the logistics and the technical side of the Hazira operations. The atmosphere is pretty informal, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have visitors from the main sites, but mostly it’s just the local team keeping things running. We take pride in just doing the work correctly and making sure everything is ready for the next shift. It’s a busy life, but we like the familiarity of being in Yogeshwar Society.
