Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our place is at 72, Sandyavadan Soc., which is right near Palanpur Jakat Naka in Surat. Being in a society like Sandyavadan makes it feel a bit different than a downtown office building. It is more of a residential-meets-commercial vibe. We have been here for a bit, and the neighbors mostly know who we are. Palanpur Jakat Naka is a busy crossing, so there is always something happening just a short walk away. Inside the office, it is pretty quiet though. We are Larsen & Toubro Limited, but we don't act like a big corporation here. It is just a small team of us. We have our desks set up and we just get through the day's list of things to do. The Gujarat sun can be intense, so we appreciate the shade around the society. We don't have any fancy brochures or big mission statements hanging on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and folders. We like being in this part of Surat because it’s accessible without being in the middle of the heavy market traffic. The house number 72 is easy to find if you are looking for it. It is a straightforward setup for straightforward work. We don't try to make it something it isn't. It is just where we work every day. Sometimes we share snacks, and we mostly just talk about the weekend or the work on our desks. It is a very normal life here.
