L & T Ltd.

We are part of the L & T Ltd. crew at the Hazira Manufacturing Complex, specifically on the West side at Gate No. -8. You’ll find us on the Surat Hazira Road, near the post office in Bhatha, which is in the Surat district. It is a massive site and there is always something going on, day or night. We don't spend our time in fancy boardrooms. Mostly, we are out where the actual manufacturing happens. The air is thick with the sound of machines and there is a lot of heavy lifting involved. Gate 8 is where most of our team enters every morning. We have our lockers and a small break room where we eat our lunch. It isn't a quiet job by any means. We deal with big projects and heavy equipment every single day. The weather in Surat can be really hot, so we all drink plenty of water and just keep going. We have been at this location for a long time, and some of the guys have been here since they were young. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but we are used to the commute now. We don't really have time for promotional talk or making things look better than they are. It is hard work and it is honest work. We just make sure the machines are running and the orders are being filled at Gate 8.
