If you are driving down Ring Road 3, you’ll find us there. Krishna Snacks & Bakers is a simple place where we do a bit of everything. We have the oven going for the bread and biscuits, and then we have the savory snacks on the shelves. The morning starts with the smell of baking, which is probably the best part of the job. It’s a lot of lifting flour bags and mixing dough by hand. We aren't a big industrial bakery. It’s just a few of us working in the space we have. Ring Road 3 gets a lot of trucks and cars, so it’s never really quiet outside. We get a lot of commuters who just want something quick to eat while they’re stuck in traffic. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty from the road, so we are always wiping down the counters. We have some jars of biscuits and packets of chips lined up. It’s nothing fancy to look at, just a practical shop for people who live and work around here. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow. We try to keep our prices fair because we know our customers work hard for their money. It’s a long day, starting before sunrise and finishing after dark, but that’s the life of a baker. We just keep our heads down and keep the oven hot for the next batch of bread.
