Our place is at No. 3 Maruti Chambers, which sits near the Khatodara Circle on the Ring Road. If you have ever been around this part of the city, you know that the Ring Road is almost never quiet. There is a constant stream of trucks and cars moving past at all hours. Our office is a simple room where we manage everything for Sai Impex. We have been here for a good while now, and the walls are covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the months. It is not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist, usually, it’s just one of us answering the door or picking up the phone. We keep a small kettle for tea in the corner because the days can get pretty long when there are shipping delays to sort out. The location near Khatodara Circle makes it easy for people to drop by, though parking can be a bit of a struggle if you arrive at the wrong time of day. We focus on getting the orders processed and making sure the logistics side of things stays on track. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up, handle the emails, and talk to the transporters. The office might be small and a bit cramped with boxes, but it’s where all the real work happens every day without fail. We just try to keep things moving.
