This whole area is full of workshops and small factories, so there is always the sound of metal clanging or engines running in the distance. We have been here for a good while now. Our space isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building where we get our engineering work done. We have got some heavy machinery and a few workbenches that have seen better days. The floors have some oil stains and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't bother us. We are more focused on the projects on the floor. Most of the staff live nearby, so we are a pretty tight-knit group. We take our tea breaks together outside when the weather allows. It gets quite hot in the estate during the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. Dealing with engineering parts and designs is what fills our hours. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a tool or looking over some blueprints. It is just an honest day's work in a busy industrial park.
