Our business, Khandelwal Medical & Surgical, is located in Bardoli. We are right near Mahatma Gandhi Road, which is a major spot in town. You can find us directly opposite the Dhiraj Chand Mall. Being across from the mall makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their regular shopping. We handle both general medicines and surgical supplies. It’s a bit of a mix, so we have all sorts of customers, from regular families to people looking for specific medical tools. The shop has been here for years, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we just keep doing what we do. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We don't use big corporate systems. We just keep our own records and make sure the shelves are full. The street outside is almost always busy with cars and people going to the mall. We like the energy of Mahatma Gandhi Road. Inside, we try to keep things calm and helpful. We don't have a big staff, so you usually talk to the same one or two people every time you visit. We are just a local Bardoli shop trying to stay useful to the people who live and work nearby. It’s simple, practical work that keeps us busy from morning to night. We close up once the last customer leaves and we get ready for the next day.
