You can find us at H/1 in Darbarnagar, right along Vedroad in Surat. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a small setup here where we handle the daily operations of the business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with orders to worry about that. Surat is a fast-moving city, and we definitely feel that pressure most days. We have a few delivery vans that come and go, and the drivers are always in a hurry to beat the traffic. Inside, it’s a lot of boxes and the sound of tape dispensers. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls; it's more of a family-feeling place where everyone knows whose turn it is to go get the snacks. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, and we have to move things to higher shelves, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a good while, so the locals know us by face. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on getting the items out the door and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. There is a stray dog that sleeps by our gate every afternoon.
