We are located down on the lower ground floor of Jash Market at No. 165. Being on the Ring Road means there is never a quiet moment with all the traffic and the horns honking all day long. The market itself is always humming with people looking for deals. Setting up Anukul Fashion down here means it stays a bit cooler during the summer, which is a relief, even if we don't get much natural sunlight. The space is packed tight with rolls of cloth and finished pieces ready for the stalls. We spend a lot of time moving boxes around to make room for new stuff coming in. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for the number, but people who know the market find their way down the stairs. The walls are mostly covered with hangers and inventory lists scribbled on scraps of paper. We have a small desk near the entrance where we keep the books, and it’s usually covered in threads and coffee stains. There’s no big reception area or anything like that, just a door that stays open to let the air circulate from the hallway. We just focus on getting the orders sorted and making sure the counts are right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we like the pace of the market and seeing the new trends pass through the Ring Road every single day.
