Khajanchi Impex

Our place, Khajanchi Impex, is located in Saryu Chambers, right in the middle of Mahidharpura. If you've ever walked through the Hatfalia area near Jadda Khadi, you know how tight the streets can be. It’s a very traditional spot for business, and we’ve been at unit 107 for a good long while now. The building is older, but it has a lot of character and everyone knows each other’s names. We deal with imports and exports, which sounds complicated but mostly involves a lot of careful checking of goods. Most days start early before the sun gets too high and the streets get too crowded with scooters and carts. We have a lot of regular visitors who come by to discuss business over a glass of water or tea. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy glass walls or expensive furniture. We prefer it this way because it feels more like home. There’s usually a bit of dust from the street, but that’s just part of being in Mahidharpura. We keep our records in big folders, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we need, but we never lose anything. Working here means being part of the local buzz, and there is never a dull moment. We handle the shipping side of things and try to make sure everything arrives in one piece. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be part of this neighborhood.
