Our work keeps us pretty occupied most of the time. Being out here in Hazira means we are close to a lot of the action, which is helpful for the kind of engineering we do. The office is a bit of a mix of old files and new tech. We aren't into making everything look perfect for visitors, we just want it to be functional. There’s always someone coming or going, either heading out to a site or coming back with some news. We try to keep our communication simple and direct. Engineering can get complicated enough without adding fancy words to it. We've got a team that understands the local way of doing things. Some days the heat in Gujarat can be a lot, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. It’s an honest living and we take it seriously. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write polished stories about us. We’re just a bunch of engineers working out of New Street and trying to do a decent job every day. It’s dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s the reality of working in an area like this and we are used to it.
