J. K. Food Industries

Working out of J. K. Food Industries means being part of the daily grind at Sarthi Industrial Park. Our units are 88 to 92. It is a pretty large space because food processing takes up a lot of room. Being near the Pacific Engineering College is helpful for people to find us. If you are driving on N H No.8, you will see the turn-offs for Sanki village. That’s our area. Palsana is a busy taluka and there is always a lot of movement. Trucks are coming and going constantly from the industrial park. The dust from the highway sometimes settles on everything, so we have to clean quite a bit. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the sounds of machinery from our neighbors and the heavy traffic from the National Highway all day long. We have been here for a while now. The village of Sanki is just a short distance away. Most of the people working here are locals from the surrounding district. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. By noon, the heat in the sheds can be something else. We just deal with it. It’s hard work, but that is just the nature of food industries. We don’t have any fancy offices. It’s mostly just the production floors and a small area for paperwork. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here. It feels like a real community in this park.
