We've been over here in Nanpura for a while now. Innovative Telecom Softwares Pvt Ltd is just the name on the door, really. Most days it's just us sitting at the desks, looking at code and figuring out how to make things work better. There’s a lot of tea drinking and scratching heads when something doesn’t line up. Nanpura is a busy spot, so there is always noise outside the window. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. It’s mostly just computers, some old cables in the corner, and a few chairs that have seen better days. People ask what we do, and we just say we work on software for phones and stuff. It sounds complicated but it's just a job like any other. Some mornings the internet is slow, and we just sit around and talk until it comes back up. We've got a routine down. Start early, stay until the work is finished, and try not to get too stressed about the deadlines. It's a small group of us. We know each other's coffee orders and who is likely to be late on a Monday. It isn't a big corporate setup. Just a room in Nanpura where we get things done. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. That's just how it goes here. We've been in this building long enough that we know all the cracks in the walls.
