Our office is located at Bg 1 in Krishna Park, which is right on Pal Road in Surat. It’s a good spot because we are opposite the Nutan Row House. If you know this part of Surat, you know it’s a mix of residential and small businesses. We’ve been here at Ics Pvt Ltd for a while now. The office is on the ground floor, which is convenient because we don't have to deal with any broken elevators or long climbs. It’s a pretty simple setup inside. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of paperwork. The windows look out onto the street, so we see people going about their business all day. Surat can get really hot and humid, so we keep the fans going constantly. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular room where we do our work. We spend our time managing records and talking to people who drop by. Sometimes we lose track of time when it gets busy, but usually, we take a short break in the afternoon to have some tea. There’s a nice sense of community in this area, and we’re on good terms with the neighbors in the row houses across the street. We just show up, do what needs doing, and try to keep things organized. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things, and it suits our small team just fine.
