Icon Architects & Urban Planners

Icon Architects and Urban Planners is based at 614 Ring Road in the Sitafalwadi area. We are located in the Empire State Building, which sounds quite famous but it’s just our local version here. Being on the Ring Road means we see a lot of traffic passing by all day long. Our office is where all the drawings and planning happen. You’ll see big tables covered in blueprints and computers running design software most of the time. It’s often a bit messy with rolls of tracing paper and architectural models sitting in the corners. We spend our days thinking about how buildings should look and how cities should be laid out. Sitafalwadi is a busy spot, and sometimes the noise from the Ring Road can be heard even inside, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here is mostly busy with site visits or sitting through long meetings about floor plans and permits. It’s not just about making things look pretty; there is a lot of technical stuff we have to figure out every day. The office feels like a real workshop where things are being created. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything, just a lot of workspace for the planners and architects to do their thing. It’s a practical environment for people who are focused on construction and design. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and it suits the way we work.
