H Plani Associates is based at 61-Dhanlaxmi Bungalows in Adajan, Surat. It’s a nice spot, right beside the CNG pump and near the LP Savani area. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Nakshatra Apartment. Working out of a bungalow gives us a bit more space than a standard office building. We have a small team here working on various planning and design projects. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; it doesn't feel like a stiff corporate office. We have some trees around and a bit of a garden out front. Most of our day involves looking at site layouts and discussing building rules. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We get a lot of local people stopping by to ask about their property or seeking advice on construction. The traffic near the CNG pump can be a bit heavy at times, but inside the bungalow, it stays fairly quiet. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a big sales team. It’s just us sitting at our desks and getting the work done. We’ve been in this part of Adajan for quite a while. We know the streets well and have seen how much the area has grown recently. It’s a comfortable place to work and meet people from the community. Sometimes we just sit outside for a minute to get some fresh air before getting back to the drawings. It is a good place to be.
