Krishna Embroidery Art

We are based at Krishna Embroidery Art, located at F-34 in the Sathi Complex. That is over on Varachha Road in the Hirabag area. It’s a busy part of the city, and the complex is usually full of people coming and going. We have a few embroidery machines that take up most of the space in our unit. The noise of the needles is something you just get used to after a few days of working here. We do a lot of work on different fabrics, adding patterns and designs. It is slow work sometimes because you have to watch the threads closely so they don't snap or bunch up and ruin the piece. I’ve been doing this for a long time, and my father did it before me. We aren't a big corporation or anything. It is just a local business in Hirabag. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big order to finish, and we just order some food and keep going. The Sathi Complex has a lot of similar businesses, so we know our neighbors well. We don't have a fancy website or any of that. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years. We just try to make sure the designs look clean and the thread is strong. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. If you are on Varachha Road, you can find us in the F block.
