Our shop is on Gopipura Main Road, specifically Shop No. 2 at 8/1599. We are very close to the Hanuman Char Rasta, which is a spot that stays busy from morning until night. We work on all sorts of IT stuff and computer software. People bring their laptops in when they will not turn on or when they are just running too slow to use. We have been here for a good while, and the people in the neighborhood know us well. It is a small shop, so we often have stacks of old monitors and keyboards waiting for someone to pick them up. We do not have a big team of corporate experts. It is just a few of us who have spent a lot of time looking at motherboards and circuits. Sometimes a repair is quick and easy, and other times we have to spend the whole day working on just one machine. We do not use many fancy words to explain what is going wrong with a computer. We usually just show the customer the specific part that failed and tell them how much it costs to replace it. We get a lot of people just walking in from the main road. It can be quite noisy with all the traffic outside, but we just focus on the work. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for years.
