Extreme Soft Management Solutions Private Limited

Our office is at Plot No - 2 in Sant Kanvarram Society-2, right behind Ahuza Bhavan in Ramnagar. This is in Surat, and it’s a fairly quiet residential area where we’ve set up shop. Extreme Soft Management Solutions Private Limited sounds like a big, fancy name, but we are actually just a small group of people working on software and management stuff. We don't have a glass building or a fleet of cars. Most of us just walk or ride a bike to work. The office is functional. We have desks, computers, and a small area for tea. We spend our days looking at data and trying to make systems work better for the people who use them. Sometimes it’s frustrating when the code doesn’t behave, but we eventually figure it out. We aren't the type to use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk about what needs to be fixed. Ramnagar is a nice part of Surat to work in because it’s not as frantic as the main market areas. We’ve been here for a while and have a good relationship with the people in the society. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before. It’s a slow and steady way of doing things, but it keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It is just a regular job for us.
