Ethereal Infosoft Private Limited is basically a raw house in Yogi Chowk, Punagam. It’s B-45 in Pramukhchhaya Rawhouse. Being in a raw house instead of a typical office building gives it a different feel. It’s more like a home, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. Surat is a busy city, and Punagam is no exception. There’s always noise from the street, bikes passing by, and people talking. We’ve set up our tech gear in the main rooms. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some wires showing and the furniture is just stuff we’ve picked up over the years. It’s practical and it serves its purpose. We spend most of our time in front of our monitors. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit to get some air. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one so people know they’re at the right house. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so it feels like a family business even if we aren't all related. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just fix problems and build things on the computer. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby, we just want to do our work and go home to our families.
